Delivery Information
Orders valued at £50.00 or over for Isle of Man delivery are delivered free, otherwise there is a delivery charge of £5.00.
Any size order no matter how small can be collected at the warehouse during our normal opening hours.
IOM Deliveries can be made from 7.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and 7.30am to 5pm Saturday.
Collections 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday 7.30am to 12pm noon Saturday.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items be can ordered by Monday,for Wednesday delivery or by Wednesday for a Friday delivery.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Due to any unforeseen circumstances in the event of Jack Frost not being able to complete your order,we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date as and when the stock is available. Although we try to ensure we hold enough stock to satisfy all orders.
